Processing & Shipping
Purchased items will be shipped within a few (2-4) business days of placing your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you need to cancel an order, please email Coastie Supply Co as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.
As a small business, we do not have a large staff so at the beginning we ask for your patience as we gauge demand.
While we will prioritize delivery turnaround, Coastie Supply Co is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions or other circumstance beyond our control. You will be charged once your order has shipped, with costs applied only to the items sent, along with any applicable shipping and tax fees. All orders undergo verification and approval before shipping. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
As of now we will not be offering international shipping, sorry PATFORSWA Coasties.
All orders are shipped from Washington State, and we aim to get your apparel to you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
For up to 30 days, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective (tag must still be attached) merchandise purchased on coastiesupplyco.com for return or exchange.
To return or exchange an item, click "Start a Return" below. Enter your order number and email, and Coastie Supply Co will send you a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are processed as returns. Simply email us your order number, and you can place a new order for your desired item(s) at any time.
Once we receive the item(s) within the allotted return window, we will then refund your original form of payment minus the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund a different form of payment. If you return your items after the return window has closed, please contact us to discuss resolution options.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Coastie Supply Co are shipped via independent carriers not affiliated with or controlled by Coastie Supply Co. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfers to the customer. Coastie Supply Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
